超细木粉粒度在线检测系统设计初探∗

         

摘要

To realize the automation production of the superfine wood powder, an on-line measuring control system was designed according to the influence of the wood powder particle size, concentration, processing characteristic and transportation speed on the electric charge. The system is mainly composed of electrostatic sensor, analog sig-nal acquisition, signal processing, data processing and transmission. It is a kind of wood powder grain size online real-time detection system. Compared with the powder of offline detection, it has the characteristics of real time, continuity, and intelligence. This online system is used in the experiment verification, and the results showed that the wood powder grain size was gradually increasing with the increase of the voltage signal, while the wood powder detecting concentration was gradually decreases with the increase of the powder mesh. The influence of the wood flour grain size to the charge and the concentration were also analyzed in this study.%为实现超细木粉的自动化生产,依据木粉粒子的大小、浓度、加工特点及运输速度等因素对其带电性能的影响,设计了木粉粒度在线检测控制系统。该系统主要由静电传感器、模拟量信号采集、信号处理、数据计算处理及传输单元等部分构成。该系统是一种木粉粒度在线实时检测系统,它相比于粉体的离线检测具有实时性、连续性及智能性等重要特点。将该在线系统用于试验验证,得出随木粉粒度的增加检测电压信号逐渐增大,但随木粉粒度的增加,木粉浓度却逐渐减小这一结论。并针对此现象分析木粉粒度大小对其带电量及浓度的影响。研究结果对今后其它粉体的自动化生产及在线检测研究都具有十分重要的意义。
