基质和温度对巨柏移植苗根系生长发育的影响

         

摘要

In order to study the growth and development of Cupressus gigantea transplant seedling roots, the paper investigated the rootage duration and rooting percentage of nursery-grown plant 35 days after transplant of three kinds of soil substrates ( sandy soil, farmland soil and composite soil) under five temperatures (10℃, 15℃, 20℃, 25℃and 18-26℃), new root number (total number of new roots, level 1, 2 and 3 lateral root number), new root quality ( overall length, total surface area and total volume) and scale leaf chlorophyll content by setting 4-year nursery-grown plant as the object.The results indicate that, Cupressus gigantea in sandy soil has the earli-est rooting, highest rooting percentage, new root number and new root growth, followed by farmland soil, and then composite soil.Within the range of 10-25℃, seedlings rooting rate, new root number, new root growth, chlorophyll content present positive correlation with soil temperature.However, the seedling root appears earliest under 18-26℃temperature varying condition.%为了研究巨柏苗木根系生长发育,以4年生苗木为材料,调查3种土壤基质(沙土、 农田土、 混合土)、5种温度(10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、18-26℃变温)条件下苗木的生根时间及移栽35d后苗木的生根率、 新根数量(新根总数、 一二三级侧根数量)、 新根品质(总长度、 总表面积、 总体积)和鳞叶叶绿素含量.结果表明,沙土中巨柏生根最早,生根率最高,新根数量最多,新根生长量最大;农田土次之;混合土最差.10-25℃范围内,苗木生根率、 新根数量、 新根生长量、 叶绿素含量与土壤温度呈正相关,但18-26℃变温条件下苗木生根最早.
