异长叶烯酮对茶翅蝽的拒食效应

         

摘要

茶翅蝽是亚洲重要的经济害虫,可危害大部分浆果植物,尤其对苹果、梨、桃等经济树种造成了严重的损失.近10年已传到北美,严重危害水果、蔬菜等经济作物.在室内应用金属网结合玻璃培养皿组成的培养箱内,滴定化学试剂异长叶烯酮,测定其对茶翅蝽的拒食作用,并应用Ethovision系统进行辅助测试.结果表明:异长叶烯酮对茶翅蝽都具有强烈的拒食作用,随着其浓度的增加拒食作用增强.当对照与处理不在同一培养箱内时,其取食率对比化合物剂量的线性回归方程为y=-0.060 7x+0.468 1(R.2=0.937 0);对照与处理在同一培养箱内时,取食率对比化合物剂量的线性回归方程为y=-0.090 5x+0.567 6(R.2=0.978 8).Ethovision测定结果表明,茶翅蝽更愿意在远离异长叶烯酮滴定处的一侧活动,其活动时间明显大于有异长叶烯酮处的一侧.%Brown Marmorated Stinkbug is one of serious pests,which feed on berry plants.Apples,pears and peaches are particularly attached by this pest,causing great economic losses.In past 10 years,the stinkbugs spread to North America,where the bugs can damage economic crops like fruits and vegetables.In this paper,repelling effect of isolongifolenone for stinkbug was tested in laboratory.One of methods was dropping the chemical in the self-made cages to test the effect.The other method for aided test was Ethovision system for tracking.The results showed that,isolongifolenone has strong repellent effect,the larger the dosage was used,the more repellent effect could be obtained.When the treatment beans and the control beans was set in a cage,regression equation by feeding percentage on treatment beans along with the chemical dosage was y=-0.060 7x+0.468 1(R2=0.937).When the treatment beans and the control beans was set in different cage,the regression equation was y=-0.090 5x+ 0.567 6(R2=0.978 8).Tracking test by Ethovision system showed that,stinkbugs preferred control area to treatment area.Distance to treatment zone was farther than control zone,cumulative duration staying in treatment zone was much more less than control zone.
