昆明市林地保护利用与规划探讨

摘要

It is very important to protect and utilize forest resources according to the law,which is meaningful to promote the development of forest resources,the development of forestry industry and the improvement of ecological environment.This paper summarized status quo and characteristics of forest land resources in Kunming,analyzed problems of forest land protection and utilization,and putted forward some suggestions,such as strict protection of ecological forest,increasing vegetation restoration,funding guarantee and new technology application.%依法保护和利用好林地资源,对促进森林资源增长、林产业发展与生态环境改善意义十分重要.本文概述了昆明市林地资源现状、特点,林地保护利用划分结果,分析林地保护利用存在问题,提出了提高公益林补偿标准、实行不同管护方式,严格保护生态公益林,强化对占用征收林地的控制,引导加大困难地植被修复力度、经费保障与新科技应用等措施及建议.
