不同光照强度对火力楠幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

         

摘要

In this paper, we study the photosynthetic indexes, photosynthetic indexes and physiological and bio-chemical index of 1a seeding of Michelia macclurei with 4 light intensities(42.3%NS transmittance, 12.6%NS transmittance, 5.9% NS transmittance, 100% NS transmittance).The results showed that the light intensity (42.3%NS transmittance)showed a strong growth trend, and the maximum photosynthetic rate of photosynthetic rate was 9.46μmol/(m2? s), the activities of SOD and CAT in leaves were 180.63μg/g, 345.62mmol/(min? g), respectively, which were the highest of the 4 light intensities.With the decrease of light intensity, the physiologi-cal and biochemical indexes of seedlings decreased gradually, which inhibited the growth and functional structure of seedlings.Therefore, it can be concluded that during the cultivation and breeding process, the appropriate light care can improve the growth and development of nursery stock and enhance the yield and quality of firewood seedling.%以一年生火力楠为研究材料,通过4个光照强度(42.3%NS透光率、12.6%NS透光率、5.9%NS透光率、100%NS透光率)处理幼苗后,检测并分析苗木生长指标、光合指标和生理生化指标.结果表明,火力楠苗木在光照强度(42.3%NS 透光率)表现出最强的生长趋势,在光合作用中苗木最大净光合速率达到了9.46μmol/(m2· s),叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)和过氧化氢酶活性(CAT)分别达到了180.63μg/g、345.62mmol/(min· g),均为4个光照梯度最高;随着光照强度的降低,火力楠苗木的生理生化指标逐渐降低,抑制了苗木的生长与功能结构的形成.因此,可以得出火力楠苗木在培育过程中,适当的进行光照护理,可以提高苗木生长和发育,提升火力楠苗木的产量和质量.
