非营利组织参与居家养老服务——日本的经验及启示

摘要

Non-profit organizations participate in the service of aged-care at home and provide services in legal ways,which not only can compensate for the shortages of the government in the service of aged-care at home,but also can integrate a variety of welfare resources effectively to improve the efficiency of the services supply of aged-care at home.The experience of Japan is offered in the paper,and the corresponding strategies for our non-profit organizations’ participating in the service of aged-care at home are proposed.%非营利组织依法通过相应途径参与居家养老管理并提供相关服务,不仅可以弥补政府在居家养老服务中的失灵问题,而且可以有效整合各种福利资源,提高居家养老服务的供给效率。借鉴日本的经验,提出了我国非营利组织参与居家养老服务的应对策略。
