三七根腐病病原抗性真菌的分离鉴定

摘要

从三七（Panax notoginseng）根茎中分离筛选到1株对三七根腐病主要病原真菌坏损柱孢菌（Cylindrocarpon destruans）有较强抑制作用的内生真菌PNF-94．经形态学观察和18S-ITS-28S rDNA序列分析，此菌株为毛壳菌属真菌（Chaetomium spp．）．%Panax notoginseng endophytic fungi, PNF-94, which has stronger antibacterial action is detected and isolated from root and stems ofPanax notoginseng. It is identified as Chaetomium sp. by morphological character and 18S-ITS-28S rDNA sequence analysis.
