论社区在构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用——以渭南市临渭区为例

摘要

社区是群众活动的中心区域，社区和谐是社会和谐的基础。经过调查，渭南市临渭区的部分社区在社会治安、青少年教育管理、老年人服务保障、两劳释放人员回归社会、假释和管制等人员的社会矫正、社区工作者队伍建设等方面还存在不少的问题，为此，课题组围绕问题提出了有针对性的建议或对策。%the community is the center of the public＇ s recreation and community harmony is the basis of social harmony. After investigation, Weinan Linweiqu in parts of the community in Linwei District, Weinan city, there are still quite a few problems in so-cial security, youth education management, the elderly service guarantee, the persons under education-through-labor and reform-through-labor released to return the society, social correction to the persons through parole and under surveillance, community work-er team construction, therefore, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions or countermeasures.
