In the era of knowledge economy, the training of college students majoring in economics and management should pay attention to the Cultivation of innovative spirit and ability. This paper focuses on the innovation ability, which college students majo- ring in economics and management should possess, to build innovation ability training system for college students, and the paper suggests making a long-term mechanism of innovation ability training for college students, to enable the measures of innovation edu- cation implemented and effective.%在知识经济时代，经济管理类大学生的培养应注重创新精神和创新能力培养。文章针对经管类大学生应具备的创新能力，构建了经管类大学生创新能力培养体系，提出了经管类大学生创新能力培养的长效机制，使创新教育的各项措施落到实处并取得成效。
