异丁烯酸甲酯/氰酸酯树脂半互穿聚合物的合成与表征

         

摘要

methyl ester (MMA) was added into melting cyanate ester resin (BACDy) with the presence of initiator. Bulk poly- merization occurred via monomer and prepolymer MMA reaction. Semi-interpenetrating polymer network-cyanate ester resin / PMMA (BACDy / MMA-SIPN) polymer material were prepared by synchronous and asynchronous synthesis. Meanwhile, several different components of SIPN system were discussed. The results show that, the formation of BACDy/MMA-SIPN network reaction conditions are greatly improved the mechanical properties and heat resistance. An optimal preparation conditions was proposed.%于加热熔融的氰酸酯树脂(BACDy)中加入异丁烯酸甲酯(MMA),在引发剂存在下,引发单体及预聚体MMA发生本体聚合,采用同步合成法和异步合成法分别制备互穿聚合物网络氰酸酯树脂/聚异丁烯酸甲酯(BACDy/MMA-SIPN)高分子材料,研究了几种不同配比的SIPN体系.结果表明,BACDy/MMA.SIPN网络形成的反应条件对体系的力学性能和耐热性能都有较大提高.给出了较合理的制备工艺条件.
