潜规则对大学生社会交往的影响及对策研究

摘要

Human survival and development cannot be separated from social interaction and people realize their social purpose through social interaction .Social interaction acts as a human being , and its legitimacy depends on the legitimacy of the rule .The un-spoken rule is a reactionary mechanism to explicit rule , rooted in some habits which are not based on the rules of behavior , imperfect explicit rule and ineffectively restricted power , and it causes the college student ‘s social interaction hypocrisy , utilitarian and zero-sum.In this regard, through setting up the people oriented communication ethics , establishing the rule consciousness and the value appeal of rule justice , tamping down a right standard of power ethics and creating a fair environment of campus communication , the negative impact of the unspoken rule on college student ‘s social intercourse would be eliminated .%人的生存与发展离不开社会交往，人通过社会交往实现与己相关的社会目的。社会交往作为人的行为，其正当性取决于规则的正当性。潜规则是一种对明规则的反动机制，根源于“不按规则行事”的行为惯习、明规则不完善和权力未受到有效制约等原因，造成大学生社会交往的虚伪化、功利化与零和化。对此，通过树立以人为本的交往伦理，确立规则意识和规则正义的价值诉求，夯实权利本位的权力伦理，创造公平交往的校园环境等对策，消除潜规则对大学生社会交往的负面影响。
