Fenton 试剂对盖玻片亲水性处理研究

             

摘要

探索Fenton试剂洗涤对盖玻片表面亲水性的影响及原因。通过检测盖玻片对水的动态接触角,研究0.1 mol· L-1 H2O2和0.1 mol· L-1 FeSO4的配比分别为2∶1、1∶1、1∶2(v/v)的Fenton试剂浸泡不同时间对盖玻片进行表面亲水性处理的效果和规律。当 Fenton 试剂的组成为 H2 O2∶FeSO4=1∶2( v/v)、浸泡时间为1 h时,盖玻片的亲水性最好(前进角和后退角可分别低至8.2°和0°)。 Fenton试剂浸泡处理改善盖玻片的亲水性主要由于其表面沉积了Fe3+。%The treatment method of hydrophilicity of cover glass by Fenton ’ s reagent was studied .The hydrophilicity of cover glass was measured through dynamic contact angle method .The treatment effect and regularity of cover glass immersed in three ratios of Fenton’s reagent, 0.1 mol· L-1 H2O2and 0.1 mol· L-1 FeSO4 respectively mixed with 2∶1, 1∶1, 1∶2 (v/v), for different time were compared.The results showed that, the hydrophilicity of cover glass immersed in the Fenton ’s reagent of H2O2/FeSO4=1∶2 (v/v) for 1 h was best, and the advancing and receding angles can low to 8.2°and 0°, respectively.The hydrophilicity im-proved by Fenton ’ s reagent was primarily attributed to the Fe 3+deposited onto the cover glass surface .
