农村留守儿童问题的几点思考

农村留守儿童问题一直以来深受人们关注，在构建和谐社会时期，公平正义作为和谐社会的一个重要特征，为调节社会矛盾提供了一个标准。充分认识到留守儿童应具有的基本权利，从家庭、学校、社会环境方面分析留守儿童权利缺失的原因及后果，具有针对性地提出解决问题的措施建议。从公平正义的角度出发，保障留守儿童健康成长。%The rural left-behind children have been under the attention of people all the time. The fairness and justice, as im-portant features of a harmonious society, provides a standard to regulate the social contradiction during the period of building a har-monious society. It is necessary to fully recognize the basic rights of left-behind children so as to put forward specific suggestions on the measures to solve the problem from different aspects of family, school and social environment, aiming to ensure the healthy growth of left-behind children on the basis of fairness and justice.
