应急救灾物资紧急调度问题研究

摘要

重点讨论时间不确定条件下的应急物资调度问题,当从出救点到应急地点时间为区间数时,首先建立了应急方案可信度最高的模型,又建立了可信度最高,出救成本最小的多目标数学模型,通过一个实例分析说明了本文给出方法的可行性和有效性,本文的方法丰富了已有的求解方法,具有实际应用价值。%The emergency systems scheduling problem is discussed when the time from retrievel depots to emergency depot is uncertain,when the time is interval number,the multi-depot retrieval models based on multi-objective problems under the constraint of resources
