论新形势下高校辅导员管理技能的培养与提升

摘要

College counselors are forefront managers, organizers and educators of ideological and political educa- tion of students and play the special role of guidance to students＇ physical, intelletual and moral integrated de- velopment during the college. Only with a high ideological and political qualities, scientific and cultural qualities and practical work in a variety of management skills,a college counselor in the new situation can be a good leader manager. This paper maily discusses management skills of college counselors.%高校辅导员是学生思想政治教育工作第一线的管理者、组织者和教育者，扮演着指导大学生在校期间德智体全面发展的特殊角色。只有具备较高的思想政治素质、科学文化素质和实际工作中的多种管理技能，才能在新形势下成为一名具有组织与领导能力的合格辅导员。
