长洲枢纽双线船闸堵船原因分析及对策

摘要

The phenomena of traffic jam in changzhou double line ship lock during the 3-year operation were explained, and the main reason was analyzed in this paper. Then the practical measures, including waterway regulation and its supporting project construction, ship lock extension, joint operation of hydro-junction reservoirs,establishment of effective coordinating mechanism, as well as balancing the relationship of the interests among the power generation, water diversion and navigation, were put forward.%文章阐述了长洲双线船闸运行3a来的堵船滞航现象,对其主要原因进行了分析.同时提出了具体措施,包括航道整治及相关配套工程建设,扩建三线四线船闸,建立高效的协调机制,联合调度枢纽水库,协调发电、调水和压咸补淡调水等各方利益.
