干散货码头PM2.5排放清单编制方法研究

摘要

According to the working practice and related literatures of port environmental impact assessment,the PM2.5 emission source in dry bulk cargo terminal was identified,including the dust diffusion of bulk yard,roads and operation process,the offgas of port machinery and transportation vehicles.In addition,the pollution source was divided into point source,linear source and non-point source.The existing emissions estimation method was summarized,and the corresponding emissions sources estimating system was set up based on the emission factor method.The results of this paper have a certain reference value for the establishment of PM2.5 emissions inventory of dry bulk cargo terminal.%根据我国港口环评工作实践和相关文献记载,识别出散货堆场、道路和作业过程的粉尘扩散,港口机械设备和集疏运车辆的尾气为干散货码头的PM2.5排放源,并将其划分为点源、线源和面源;总结了现有的排放量估算方法,并以排放系数法为基础,建立了与污染源对应的排放量估算体系,为干散货码头PM25排放清单的编制提供了有效参考.
