建设项目的国民经济评价模型研究及应用——以伊犁河灌区节水改造工程为例

摘要

针对建设项目中国民经济的间接效益费用难以确定的问题,建立了一些量化模型和无形效果的描述模型;在风险分析中,采用了多因素敏感性分析和随机概率模拟分析模型;将模型应用于新疆察布查尔县伊犁河灌区节水改造工程的经济评价实践中,得出了比较符合实际的经济评价结果.%Aimed at the national indirect benefit cost of construction project which is difficult to be determined, a number of quantitative models and describing models for invisible effects are established here. In risk analysis, the multivariate sensitivity analysis model and random probabilistic simulation model are used. Finally, the models are applied in the economic assessment for the water-saving reconstruction project in Qapqal County of Xinjiang Yili River Irrigation District, obtaining better results.
