美国可视化河流预报系统在黄河流域的应用

摘要

美国可视化河流预报系统(VisualRFS)是美国Tashan公司研制开发的基于微机视窗操作系统下的水文预报软件产品,系统中所有模型都是美国国家天气局河流预报系统中的模型.本文介绍了VisualRFS的主要功能和系统结构,通过对VisualRFS本地化,将VisualRFS改造成适用于黄河小花间的实时洪水作业预报系统.%Visual River Forecasting System (VisualRFS) is the software product for hydrologic forecasting based on Windows Operating System and developed by US Tashan Company. All models of the system come from River Forecasting System of National Weather Bureau (USA) . The main function and system structure of this system are introdrced here. By localization, VisualRFS is reconstructed to the real time flood forecasting system that could be suitable for the reach of Xiaolangdi to Huayuankou in the Yellow River.
