The method and application situation of neural network was introduced briefly .Engineering and monitoring da-ta from a project of soft foundation reinforced by vacuum preloading in Tianjin was filtrated and summarized .After analy-sis and comparison ,the optimal neural network model was established to evaluate the consolidation effect of the founda-tion .And then ,the key performance standards of soft foundation consolidation process were analyzed from the prospect of the sensitivity of impact factors .%简单介绍了神经网络原理和应用现状,结合天津某真空预压软基加固工程的全过程,对取得的工程资料和监测数据进行筛选,通过比较验证,建立优选神经网络模型,对地基土体的加固效果进行了评价。并从影响因子的敏感性,分析了软基加固过程中具有重要影响作用的作业指标。
