对一栋已建成的钢筋混凝土底层柱顶隔震框架结构,利用有限元软件PERFORM-3D建立弹塑性模型,对结构在设防烈度地震和罕遇地震作用下的地震响应和耗能进行分析,依据现行规范和隔震结构性能的研究成果进行抗震性能评价。结果表明:在设防烈度地震作用下,上部结构基本保持弹性,下部结构的层间位移角远小于弹性位移角限值;在罕遇地震作用下,上部结构进入到弹塑性程度浅,隔震层的滞回耗能是整体结构的非线性耗能的主要部分,下部结构有较大的安全度。%An elastoplastic model of the isolation layer on the column tops in the first story of an existing concrete build-ing was established in PERFORM-3D to analyze both seismic response and energy consumption of the structure under rare earthquakes and the earthquakes of fortification intensity .And then its seismic performance was evaluated according to the related codes and present research of isolated structural performance .Results indicate that ,under the earthquake of fortification intensity ,the superstructure basically stays elastic ,the maximum interlayer displacement angle of the sub-structure is far smaller than the elastic displacement angle limits;under rare earthquakes ,nonlinear damage of the super-structure is not severe ,hysteretic energy dissipation of the isolation layer becomes a main part of overall structural nonlin-ear energy dissipation ,and the substructure stays secured .
