冷却塔能量回收水轮机的叶片数对水力性能的影响

         

摘要

利用PRO/E软件对水轮机进行三维建模,应用k-ε湍流模型和雷诺时均N-S方程对水轮机进行数值模拟,研究了不同叶片数对水轮机各过流部件水力损失 、效率以及压强和流速分布的影响.结果表明:随着转轮叶片数的增加,水轮机效率先增大后减小,在叶片数为20时达到峰值.同时,增加叶片数,叶片间的涡带变小,转轮流线旋转环量增大.水轮机各过流部件中转轮损失最大,损失水头在1 m左右.%The three-dimensional modeling of turbine is carried out by using PRO /E software .Numerical simulation of hydraulic turbine is carried out by applying k - ε epsilon turbulence model and Reynolds time averaged N - S equation , the influence of the number of blades on hydraulic loss ,efficiency ,pressure and velocity distribution of flow passage of hydraulic turbine is analyzed .The results show that the turbine efficiency increases first and then decreases with the in -crease of the number of runner blades ,and reaches the peak value when the blade number is 20 .At the same time ,the number of blades increases ,the vortex bands between the blades become smaller ,and the rotating circle of the runner is increased .The runner loss is the biggest ,and the loss head is about 1 m .
