低水头拦河闸重建工程消能工优化布置试验研究

         

摘要

Gongqing River dam is a typical low-head water control project .Its the right bank which was found in danger situation in recent years because of sand extraction in the downstream .The physical model was built to study the hy-draulic characteristics of the dam and solve the problem of energy dissipation and erosion prevention in the downstream . The results shows that by increasing the elevation of end sill at right and left sides of the first stilling pool and arranging convex type ladder on both sides at end of the first stilling pool ,the stilling basin flow ,the oblique flow hitting the left and right sides of the slope section in slope ,the convex step cut slope flow and the velocity of downstream apron can all be effectively reduced .%共青河拦河闸坝工程是典型的低水头枢纽工程,近年来随着下游河床下切等原因,拦河闸坝多次出现险情,个别部位残损严重,影响工程的安全运行.为研究研究拦河闸坝及其消能工运行的水力特性,妥善解决拦河闸坝下游消能防冲的问题,基于工青河拦河闸工程设计资料,建立了水工模型试验.试验表明通过增加一级消力池末端左、右两侧尾坎顶高程和在一级消力池尾坎下游两侧斜坡段上设置外凸型阶梯,有效降低了消力池出流斜向流速,减轻该斜向流撞击左、右两侧斜坡段内坡的现象,且外凸型阶梯削减了斜坡段的流速,减轻了下游海漫段和防冲槽的消能压力,较好地解决了下游河床的消能防冲问题.
