Water environment treatment of Taihu Lake is an important task in Chinese water pollution control area.Waves can affect the eutrophication of lake,so study wave condition of Tai Lake is vital to water environment treatment.In this paper MIKE 21 SW model is used to simulate wave fields of Tai Lake at different wind conditions.Different sampling points are selected to calculate wave parameters by using formula in the code and are compared with the simulated results.According to the comparison it can conclude that SW model can simulate wind waves generation and propagation well in Taihu Lake.%太湖的水环境治理一直是我国水污染防治领域里的重要课题,湖泊的波浪条件影响湖区富营养化过程,因此掌握太湖波浪条件对治理太湖水环境十分重要.应用MIKE 21 SW模型对不同风向、不同风速条件下太湖波浪场进行数值模拟,并选取不同位置的采样点,根据规范公式计算各采样点在相同风况下的波浪要素,将规范公式计算的波浪要素和模型计算结果进行比较,结果表明MIKE 21 SW模型可以很好的模拟太湖在定常风作用下波浪的生长和传播,可以将SW模型应用于湖泊波浪数值模拟.
