考虑弹性隔板边界条件的柱形封闭腔结构-声耦合分析

         

摘要

通过在柱形腔体内的弹性隔板四周施加假想的弹簧系统,建立了考虑弹性隔板边界条件的圆柱形腔体内的声场模型.该模型利用汉密尔顿函数和声模态理论,充分考虑弹性隔板与两个柱形腔体内声场之间的耦合以及弹性板的边界条件对腔体内声场的影响.通过算例分析表明在所研究的低频段,支承弹性板的旋转弹簧刚度对腔体内声场与弹性板之间振动耦合的影响弱于线弹簧刚度,由腔体1的内声场引起的弹性隔板的振动速度受线弹簧刚度的影响要甚于旋转弹簧刚度;腔体2内的平均声压随支承弹性隔板的线弹簧刚度的增大而增加,而旋转弹簧刚度的变化对声压的影响较小.该项研究为工程中柱形腔体内设置有弹性板的结构噪声分析和控制提供了一定的理论依据.%The sound field model of a rigid cylindrical enclosure with a middle flexible panel was deduced by using Hamiltonian function and sound modal theory. The model considered a wide variety of boundary conditions by means of continuous distributions of artifical springs along the boundary of the flexible panel. A general formulation considering the full coupling between two enclosures and a panel with different boundary conditions was developed. Analytical results to investigate two main issues were presented. One was that the rotational stiffness of the panel has less influence on the structural-acoustic coupling of the model and the effect of the translational stiffness of the panel on the vibration velocity of the panel is stronger than that of the rotating stiffness of the panel. The other was that the sound response of enclosure 2 caused by the panel increases with increase in the translational stiffness of the panel. The results provided a theoretical basis for noise analysis and control of cylindrical enclosures with a panel.
