To understand the generation mechanism and key factors of high frequency frictional squeal,a multiflexible-body model for a pin-on-disc system was established by using HYPERWORKS and ADAMS software based on FEM and MBS theories.The model was validated with a rig test of the modeled pin-on-disc system.The impact of normal load,friction coefficient and pin length on squeal was analyzed.It was shown that the squeal occurs only when normal load,friction coefficient and pin length are within appropriate ranges.%基于有限单元和多柔体动力学理论,利用HYPERWORKS和ADAMS软件,建立了盘-销系统的多柔体动力学分析模型.在利用台架试验验证模型正确性的基础上,通过分析了摩擦系数、铝棒长度和法向力大小对摩擦尖叫的影响发现:只有当铝棒具有适当的长度,并且施加合适的法向力时,盘-销系统才会在一定的摩擦系数范围内产生高频振动.
