超声电机驱动和疲劳寿命集成测控系统

     

摘要

针对旋转型行波超声电机驱动和疲劳寿命测试要求,采用嵌入式微控制器可编程片上系统(PSOC)设计了单片集成测控系统.利用该微控制器的数字模拟混合设计特性,设计了超声电机驱动信号产生模块;基于内部运放设计了数控电流源,针对磁粉制动器实现了数控加载控制;采用内部比较器设计了转速信号调理电路,实现了信号整形处理,便于外部接口.该集成测控系统简化了电路设计,提高了系统的稳定性,便于组成测控网络或移植到其他类似应用.%Aiming at the drive and fatigue life testing, a control is designed based on a single programmable system on chip (PSOC) microcontroller. A USM drive module is designed based on its analogue-digital mixed character. In order to achieve the digital load control a digital controlled current source is designed based on internal amplifier. A motor speed signal processing circuit is designed through internal comparator, so as to interface with computer. The PSOC based integrated control and testing system result a simplified system, and make the system more reliable. It is easy to form a driving and testing net, or transplant to other similar system.
