目的：对后交通动脉圆锥部破裂动脉瘤的临床介入治疗效果进行分析和评价。方法选取云南文山州人民医院1年内收治的12例后交通动脉圆锥部破裂动脉瘤患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本次研究12例后交通动脉圆锥部破裂动脉瘤患者通过介入治疗，仅有1例呕吐并发症，成功率为91.67%。其中，单纯弹簧圈4例（33.33%），双管道管技术栓塞3例（25.00%），支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞5例（41.67%）；所有患者预后完全无症状共5例（41.67%）。结论对后交通动脉圆锥部破裂动脉瘤患者进行术前动脉瘤形态观察，便于制定针对性栓塞方案，提高临床治疗的有效率，促使患者具有良好的预后。%Objectives To traffic after arterial cone of ruptured aneurysm of the clinical effect of interventional therapy for analysis and evaluation. Methods Selection of 12 cases were admitted in the hospital within 1 year after the traffic artery cone of ruptured aneurysm patients as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 12 cases of this institute selected after traffic artery cone of ruptured aneurysm patients with interventional therapy were successful, among them, 4 cases were simple spring coil (33.33%), double pipe tube technique embolism (25.00%) in 3 cases, stent assisted coil embolization in 5 cases (41.67%); the prognosis of patients with all completely asymptomatic 5 cases (41.67%). Conclusions After the traffic artery cone of ruptured aneurysm patients with preoperative aneurysm morphology observation, it can facilitate arrangements for embolization of targeted, effectively improve the clinical treatment, patients with good prognosis.
