目的：探讨外环下显微镜外科治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果。方法回顾分析2012年6月至2014年12月外环下显微镜外科治疗精索静脉曲张患者26例，均以阴囊潮湿、坠涨不适入院。记录手术时间、肠蠕动时间、最早下床时间、术后出院时间及术后并发症情况。结果手术时间（105±18．1）分钟，肠蠕动时间（8±2．6）小时，最早下床时间（12±3．2）小时，术后出院时间（2．7±0．4）天。术后随访3～18个月不等，阴囊潮湿、坠涨不适症状消失，未发现复发及相关并发症。结论外环下显微镜精索静脉结扎术能有效的保护睾丸动脉及淋巴管，对单纯性精索静脉曲张患者，建议行外环下显微镜精索静脉结扎术。%Objective To study the effect of subinguinal microsurgery in the treatment of varicocele. Meth-ods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 26 varicocele patients treated by microsurgical varicocelecto-my. All the patients complained of scrotal moisture or dragging and distending discomfort. The operation time, time of gastrointestinal recovery,postoperative ambulation time,hospital stay and the complications were recor-ded. Results The operation time,time of gastrointestinal recovery,postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay were (105 ± 18. 1)minutes,(8 ± 2. 6)hours,(12 ± 3. 2)hours and (2. 7 ± 0. 4)days. All the patients were followed up for 3~18months postoperatively,scrotal moisture or dragging and distending discomfort disap-peared and no complications were observed. Conclusions Subinguinal microsurgery varicocelectomy could effec-tively protect the testicular artery and lymphatic,we suggest use subinguinal microsurgery varicocelectomy for pa-tients with unilateral varicocele.
