This paper analyses the stability of tailing based on the three first grade indexes and thirteen second grade indexes that have a great influence on stability of tailings as fuzz-y parameters, concepts of fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Three dam sections of a uranium tailings impoundment in our country are taken as the research object in the paper. The stability of tailings in different periods is analyzed and the stability calculation(minimum safety factor) get through by making use of Swedish circle method and the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are compared to indicate that this evalua-tion method is accurate and reliable,and the results of assessment have important roles in preventing dam break.%以影响尾矿坝稳定性的3个一级评价指标、13个二级评价指标为模糊参数,利用模糊理论,用模糊综合评价方法分析尾矿坝稳定性。以我国某铀尾矿库中的3个坝段为研究对象,分析其不同时期的坝体稳定性,将利用瑞典圆弧形法得出的传统坝坡稳定性计算结果(最小安全系数)与模糊综合评价结果进行比照分析,结果表明该评价方法较为准确可靠,其评价结果对预防溃坝事故有一定指导作用。
