悬架侧倾中心分析及其在底盘调校中的应用

         

摘要

针对汽车底盘调校的关键问题,以某型商用车底盘为研究载体,简述了如何根据悬架布置来设计校核侧倾中心高度及其变化。再从商用车自身的高重心特点出发,围绕抗侧翻特性和舒适性对底盘调校的要求,论述了悬架侧倾中心高度设计和后期底盘调校悬架弹性元件调校范围之间的关系。说明了在特定侧倾中心高度下,如何通过车辆基础舒适性和抗侧翻要求来确定底盘调校弹性元件的范围,从而可以在设计前期对后期底盘的可调性进行评估,从而减少了项目后期无法达到基本目标的可能性。该调教方法对于提升商用车的整体性能具有重要的指导意义和工程应用价值。%Aiming at studying the key problems of vehicle chassis tuning,the roll center height and its migration were designed and checked taking certain type of commercial vehicle as an investigated object.Based on the feature of high roll center of commercial vehicle,the relationship betmeen the suspension roll center height and the suspension elastic element tuning range was explained.It was made clear how to define the suspension elastic element tuning range in acoordance with the comfort requirement and the anti-roll equation,so as to evaluate the tuning availability on the primary design stage,and avoid the possibility of dissatisfaction of chassis performance.The tuning method provided in the paper has important guiding significance and engineering application value to improve the overall performance of commercial vehicle.
