深切缓进给磨削烧伤实验研究

             

摘要

Creep feed grinding is widely used to grind complex profile and groove of difficult-to-cut material.However,burn on workpiece surface is easy to happen due to high temperature on grinding zone caused by higher depth of cut.A number of creep feed grinding tests were carried out to analyze the burn with different grinding parameters.Furthermore,the reason and criterion of workpiece burn were proposed according to the power and energy in grinding process recorded in the tests.%在磨削难加工材料的型面和沟槽中,较大的磨削深度导致磨削区温度较高,使工件表面发生烧伤。研究开展了一系列的深切缓进给磨削实验,分析不同磨削参数下工件的烧伤情况。同时,通过分析磨削时所消耗的磨削功率和磨削能,分析烧伤的原因,并提出判断工件烧伤的依据。
