岩石表面粗糙度的三维定量分析方法

         

摘要

为探究一种三维定量描述岩石表面粗糙程度的方法,通过非接触式超景深三维显微设备获取岩石表面三维彩色等高图,提取并计算三维彩色等高图上各像素点的坐标信息,提出"表面轮廓体积均方根"Vp描述岩石表面粗糙程度.研究结果表明:Vp值与标准轮廓曲线的JRC值、节理剖面系数Rp值均存在指数函数正相关,Vp值越大,粗糙度越大;Vp用于对比粗糙度差异性更直观,克服了粗糙度各向异性及不同方向上存在随机性的理论缺陷,设备及像素点统计方法具有较好的经济性、高效性.%In order to explore a method for 3D quantitative description of rock surface roughness,the three di-mensional color contour map of rock surface is obtained by using non-contact ultra depth of field three-dimen-sional scanning device to scan the rock surface.Three dimensional roughness parameter to describe the rough-ness of rock surface is established by extracting and calculating the coordinate information of each pixel in the three dimensional color image,put forward the theory of surface profile volume root-mean-square to calculate irregular volumes of rock surface.The results show that the surface profile volume root-mean-square has posi-tive exponential correlation with standard curve of JRC value and the 2D roughness parameters respectively. The greater the Surface profile volume root-mean-square value is,the greater the roughness.The new parame-ter is more intuitive for comparing the roughness differences.The new description method overcomes the theo-retical defects of the randomness of the roughness and the randomness in different directions,the experimental equipment and pixel count method shows its economic efficiency.
