掺铬氟化铝锶锂激光腔内二次谐波和三次谐波产生的蓝光和紫外光可调谐光源

     

摘要

Tunability in the blue-UV region is obtained by use of intracavity second-harmonic and third-harmonic generations of a Q-switched Cr∶LiSAF laser in one and in two β-barium borate crystals respectively. An operating wavelength range from 448.1 nm to 465.1 nm and 298.7 to 310 nm is obtained. Second-harmonic energy of 10.2 mJ with pulse width 43 ns and line width 0.02 nm is achieved at wavelength of 448.1 nm. The corresponding energy of third-harmonic generation is 0.7 mJ at wavelength of 298.7 nm.%论文在调Q掺铬氟化铝锶锂激光腔内插入一块或两块偏硼酸钡晶体,分别进行了二次谐波和三次谐波获得了蓝光和紫外光区域的可调谐激光,其波长分别从448.1 nm到465.1 nm和从298.7 nm到310 nm范围内可调谐,在448.1 nm处的二次谐波脉冲能量为10.2 mJ,脉宽43 ns,线宽0.02 nm,在298.7 nm的三次谐波能量达0.7 mJ.
