晶种在矿渣混凝土中的增强作用

摘要

把由工业废料磨细后制成的晶种加入到矿渣混凝土中可以极大激发矿渣的早期活性，加快矿渣的石灰吸收反应，使得掺大量较粗矿渣的混凝土早期强度不降低，并且后期强度不断增加。在研究了这种晶种对掺较粗矿渣混凝土的增强作用的同时初步探讨了其增强机理。%Adding the milled crystal-seed made from the wasted industrial materials into concrete containing slag with special surface of 450m２/g can enormously simulate the early activities of slag and the absorbing reaction between slag and Ca(OH)２,so that the earlier strength of concrete added by large amount of rough grain slag doesn't decrease,in some cases,it can transcent the strength of the controlled concrete.The enhancement of the concrete added by crystal-seed and its principle are discussed.
