水内冷发电机定子的三维耦合传热分析

         

摘要

Three-dimensional temperature distribution of the water-cooling generator stator was numerically simulated,and the impact of bar insulation and inner-hole-block on the temperature field was analyzed, ft was found that the maximal temperature increased by 2.8 ℃ when one inner hole was blocked,and increased about by 4.6 -6 ℃ when two inner holes were blocked. That is to say,the outflow temperature increased higher and higher as the number of blocked holes increased; When the conductivity of bar insulation decreased from 0.5 W/(m · ℃)to 0. 1 W/(m · ℃),the maximal temperature would increase by 2 - 5 ℃, which meant the maximal temperature increased with the decrease of conductivity of bar insulation; With the equal number of blocked holes, the temperature increased more when the blocked holes centered in a bar than they scattered on different bars by 2 ~ 6 ℃; The temperature and heat source increased with upper convex trend at first and then reached steady after inner-hole-block. The conductivity of bar insulation had little impact on response time.%利用数值模拟法,分析排间绝缘和内孔堵塞对温度场的影响,探讨流场、温度场和线棒发热耦合的水内冷发电机定子线棒的三维传热.经模拟,发现堵塞一个内孔使出口最高温度升高约2.8℃,堵塞两个内孔,出口最高温度升高4.6 ~6℃,即堵塞的内孔数越多出口温升越高;相同堵塞情况下,排间绝缘导热系数从0.5 W/(m·℃)降到0.1 W/(m·℃),可使最高温度升高2~5℃,即排间绝缘导热系数越小,出口温升越高;被堵塞的内孔数相同时,位置集中比位置分散的温升要高2~6℃;模拟温度场和内热源对内孔堵塞的动态响应,发现温度场和内热源先呈上凸增长而后趋于稳定,排间绝缘的导热系数对响应时间无显著影响.
