针对水泥球磨机这一具有非线性、大滞后、强耦合等特点的被控对象,在选取多组输入输出数据建立数学模型的基础上,基于动态矩阵控制(Dynamic Matrix Control,DMC)算法对其进行预测控制.同时为抑制大扰动增加了前馈补偿环节,并在VS2005平台下编写了实际控制程序.现场的应用结果表明,在扰动较大时,此控制策略可以使出磨提升机电流更为平稳的变化,很好的实现了磨机负荷的优化控制.%Considering the ball mill with nonlinearity,big delay and strong coupling, DMC algorithm is presented based on the mathematical model using multiple input-output data with feed-forward compensation, and control program is accomplished using the platform of VS2005. Field application results demonstrate that the control strategy introduced can make the change of elevator's current more stable with big disturbance, which realizes the optimization control of ball mill satisfactorily.
