纳米CuO的表面硫化

         

摘要

采用沉淀-煅烧法合成纳米CuO颗粒,通过黄药在CuO表面吸附后热解得到表面硫化的CuO/CuS核壳结构.径X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-m)、酸碱滴定、接触角、Zeta电位等测试,对硫化前后的CuO样品进行表征.结果表明:经黄药硫化样品的表面疏水性、表面电性和酸碱性质等均发生变化,红外谱图在617 cm-1处出现Cu一S的振动吸收峰,XRD峰位和强度均未变化,进一步证明CuO表面发生硫化.%CuO nanoparticles were synthesized using direct precipitation and calcination. Surface sulphidization of copper oxide was carried on by thermolysing the xanthate adsorbed on the surface of copper oxide and CuO/CuS complex structure was obtained. Properties of copper oxide before and after surface sulphidization were studied by XRD,FT-IR,acid-base litration,contact angle and zeta potential measurements. Experimental results reveal that the surface hydrophobicity,acid-base properties and the electro kinetic properties of sulphidized samples have been changed. Furthermore,phenomena,such as the vibration absorption peak at 617 cm'1 identified as the Cu-S bond in the FT-IR spectra,and the unchanged peak intensity and position in the XRD spectra further confirm that sulphidization occurs at the surface of copper oxide.
