基于Struts和AJAX的项目报批系统的设计

摘要

针对传统的科研项目管理模式及管理方法周期长、开支大、效率不高,而现行的项目管理系统又不能实现全程跟踪和全程化管理的问题,根据省某科研项目管理部门的项目管理需求和业务工作实际,基于Struts和AJAX技术,从信息发布、网上申报、网上评审、审核立项、项目管理和项目验收7个方面,设计科研项目网上报批系统,实现项目的全程跟踪与管理.该系统巳在省某科研项目管理部门中应用,提高了科研项目管理工作效率,节约了申报、评审和管理方面的成本.%Traditional research project management models and management methods have the features of long period, large expenditure and low efficiency, and the existing project management system can not achieve entire process tracking and management. Toward to the two questions above,we design a project approval system based on two technologies named Struts and AJAX,which has seven steps including information release, online reporting,online review, project audit, project management and project acceptance. It has been used in a scientific research project management,which can improve management efficiency and save the cost of reporting,evalua-' tion and management.
