砼芯橡胶水泥土桩复合地基的有限元分析

     

摘要

为了解决砼芯水泥土桩外芯桩的脆性问题,将橡胶粉掺入外芯桩中,得到砼芯橡胶水泥土(RCS) 桩;利用ABAQUS软件建立模型,研究不同桩身材料、芯桩长度比、芯桩面积比、橡胶粉掺入量等对砼芯RCS桩复合地基承载性能的影响.结果 表明: 随着芯桩长度比、芯桩面积比的增大,砼芯水泥土桩的承载性能逐渐提升,但提升幅度在两者各达到一定的比例后不再明显;水泥土外芯桩中橡胶粉掺量的增加虽然会导致砼芯RCS桩承载能力的降低和变形能力的提高,但是也能增大桩间土和内芯桩的荷载承担比例;砼芯RCS桩存在最优芯桩长度比和芯桩面积比组合,并且合理的橡胶粉掺入量能够最大限度地发挥砼芯RCS桩复合地基的承载能力.%To solve the brittleness problem of core pile of concrete core cement soil pile, a concrete-cored rubber cement soil (RCS) pile mixed into outer core pile with rubber powders was put forward. A model was established by ABAQUS finite element software. The model was used to analyze the effect of different pile materials, core pile length ratio, core pile area ratio, and rubber powders content on loading property of composite foundation with concrete-cored RCS pile.The results show that the bearing capacity of the concrete-cored RCS pile gradually increases with the increase of the core pile length ratio and the core pile area ratio, but the increase of bearing capacity of RCS pile is not obvious after reaching a certain proportion. With the increase of the content of rubber powders in the core pile of cement soil, the bearing capacity of RCS pile and the plastic deformation ability of concrete core pile increase, but the load ratio of the pile in soil and concrete core pile also increases. There is an optimal ratio of core pile length and core pile area ratio of RCS pile with concrete core, and reasonable mixing ratio of rubber powders can maximize the bearing capacity of concrete-cored composite foundation of RCS pile.
