目的 探讨膝关节镜下手术治疗儿童膝关节盘状半月板损伤的疗效.方法 2005年1月～2008年1月,行膝关节镜下儿童盘状半月板损伤治疗32例(32膝),其中完全型21膝,不完全型11膝.根据术中情况分别予以盘状半月板部分切除成形术或完全切除术.结果 本组全部患者均获得12～20个月(平均14.5个月)随访,术后疗效根据Ikenchi评分方法: 优10膝,良19膝,可3膝,优良率90.63%.结论 关节镜治疗儿童盘状半月板损伤获得良好的近期疗效.%Objective To explore the effect of surgical treatment for discoid meniscus injury under guide of arthroscopy in children. Methods Arthroscopic meniscectomy was conducted in 32 children patients ( 32 knees ) with the discoid meniscus injury from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2008. Totally 21 knees were complete injury and 11 incomplete. Thirty - two cases of discoid meniscus injury were treated by arthroscopic meniscectomy or total meniscectomy. Results All patients were followed up for 12-20 months( averaging 14.5 months). The Ikenchi scoring standard showed excellent in 10 cases, good in 19 cases, fair in 3 cases. The rate of excellent and good was 90.63％. Conclusion In children, arthroscopic treatment for discoid lateral meniscus injury can achieve good effect and it is a preferred method for discoid meniscus injury.
