左卡尼汀治疗肢体肌肉缺血性病变疗效观察

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of the intravenous usage of levocarnitine in treating patients with limb muscle ischemia . Methods Sixty-three patients were divided into two groups by the time of admission .Thirty patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy of limb muscle ische -mia;thirty-three patients in the treatment group were treated with intravenous usage of levocarnitine and conventional therapy.The degrading levels of the concentration of creatine phosphokinase in blood serum of all patients were measured at third day and fifth day after operation .Results The mean degrading level of the concentration of crea-tine phosphokinase in blood serum of the treatment group was 1800.17(U/L)and 2330.08(U/L),and the mean degrading level of the concentration of creatine phosphokinase in blood serum of the control group was 1245.48( U/L)and 1620.74(U/L).There was statistical significance in the difference of the mean degrading level at the third day and the fifth day between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Levocarnitine can significantly improve the condition of limb muscle ischemia .%目的观察静脉补充左卡尼汀对四肢肌肉缺血性病变的治疗效果。方法63例四肢肌肉缺血性病变患者根据入院时间分为二组，对照组（30例），2006年1月～2008年12月入院后给予常规治疗；治疗组（33例），2009年1月～2012年6月在对照组治疗的基础上给予左卡尼汀治疗。测量两组术后治疗第3天和第5天后血清肌酸磷酸激酶浓度降低程度。结果治疗组血清肌酸磷酸激酶下降均值分别为：1800.17（U/L）和2330.08（U/L）；对照组血清肌酸磷酸激酶下降均值分别为：1245.48（U/L）和1620.74（U/L），两组血清肌酸磷酸激酶在第3d和第5d下降均值差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论左卡尼汀对四肢肌肉缺血性病变有明显的改善作用。
