髋臼前柱螺钉微创内固定技术的研究进展

摘要

对于累及前柱的髋臼骨折目前的治疗方案仍以切开复位内固定为主,但随着科技的飞速发展以及髋臼解剖研究的深入,临床医生逐渐开始使用髋臼前柱螺钉微创内固定技术.但目前临床对其适应证的选择上尚存争议,在如何借助解剖研究、数字骨科技术等达到安全、精准、有效的内固定上还有诸多待解决的问题.本文总结近年来相关文献,就髋臼前柱螺钉微创内固定技术的研究进展进行综述,旨在提高骨科医师对该技术的认识.%The main treatment method of acetabular fractures involving the anterior column is now still open reduction and internal fixation.However,with the development of science and technology and the acetabulum anatomic study in-depth,surgeons began to use minimally invasive screw internal fixation for acetabular anterior column.However,there is a dispute about the choice of indications and there are still many problems in how to achieve safe,accurate and effective internal fixation with the help of anatomic study and digital orthopedics technique.To enhance the understanding of minimally invasive screw internal fixation for acetabular anterior column by orthopedic surgeons,we have summarized relevant literature published in recent years.
