玻璃体切除联合手术治疗严重眼外伤的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨璃体切除联合手术治疗成人严重眼外伤的手术时机、临床疗效。方法收集2012年7月至2016年3月因严重眼外伤就诊于本院并由同一手术医师行玻璃体切除联合治疗的成人患者52例52眼的临床资料，分析患者行玻璃体手术的时间、术后视力改善情况。结果52例严重眼外伤患者，视力提高者42例，视力不变者8例，视力下降者2例，患者手术后视力显著高于术前，差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)，术后功能痊愈者37例（71%），解剖痊愈者13例（25%），未愈者2例（4%）。结论玻璃体切除联合手术治疗严重眼外伤效果显著，手术时机应根据患者病情谨慎选择，以达到最好疗效。%Objective To investigate the optimal moment for vitrectomy combined surgical treatment for adults and clinical curative effect of severe ocular trauma surgery.Method Fifty-two cases (52 eyes) of adults with severe ocular trauma treated with vitrectomy combined treatment by the same surgeon from July, 2012 to March,2016 were collected, and the surgery time as well as the clinical efficacy were analyzed.ResultOf the 52 cases,postoperative visual acuity improved in 42 cases,8 cases remained the same vision and 2 cases suffered vision loss. The postoperative vision of patients improved significantly. The difference between preoperative and postoperative groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Among 52 cases of severe ocular trauma,37 cases (71%) were functionally cured, 13 cases (25%) were anatomically cured, but 2 cases (4%) did not improve.ConclusionThe clinical effect of vitrectomy combined surgical treatment for severe ocular trauma is significant. The optimal moment for surgery should be chosen carefully according to the patient’s condition so as to achieve the best curative effect.
