面向稳定性的高速铁路车站作业计划优化方法

     

摘要

To improve the interaction between train platforming plan (TPP) and train schedule, as well as improve the stability of TPP, this paper proposes a set partition based integer programming model, which excludes the station resource compatible constraints. The objective of the model is to minimize the gap between TPP and fixed usage schemes of platforms, while improves the stability of train schedule by making the headway times among potential conflicting tasks as rational as possible. The paper, also presents an ant colony spluiifin algorithm with consideration of problem specifics. Finally, some experiments in the background of Changsha South Railway Station of China are conducted to analyze the parameter and to examine the effectiveness of the proposed solution approach. Results show that the stability of the TPP solutions obtained through the proposed model could be unproved by 37% (with an extra 29% resource cost) compared to the traditional models which only focus on optimizing resource utilization.%从便于车站作业计划与时刻表的协调编制及提高计划稳定性的角度出发,以具有潜在冲突的作业之间间隔时间合理、车站资源运用费用最小化为目标,在忽略车站资源相容性约束的基础上构建了基于集合划分的车站作业计划整数规划模型,设计了基于蚁群算法的求解方法.本文以长沙南站为例验证了算法的有效性,并对参数的选择进行了分析.结果表明,与仅考虑资源运用权重的模型相比较,本文给出的模型以29%的资源运用权重降低换来了37%的计划稳定性提高.
