中青年乳腺癌患者术后生存质量的状况及其影响因素研究

摘要

目的：研究中青年乳腺癌术后生存质量．方法：通过调查问卷[生存质量核心量表（QLQ-C30）和乳腺癌特异模块（QLQ．BR23）]等方式，来调查不同种人（不同文化状况、不同经济状况、不同手术方式等）的术后生活质量状况．结果：患者的文化程度越高，经济状况越好，或者处于在婚状态，术后生存质量越高；同时患者的年龄越大，病理分期越晚期，或者手术创伤越大，术后生存质量越低．结论：年龄、文化程度、经济条件、婚姻状况、病理分期以及手术创伤等因素影响乳腺癌术后患者的生存质量，要加强临床护理和心理护理，防止相关并发症的发生，从多方面促进其术后生存质量的提高．%AIM:To investigate the life quality of young and middle-aged patients who had breast cancer and took operation. METHODS:To investigate different levels of patients (the situa-tion of the knowledge,economy,operation)through the way of questionnaire by QLQ-30 and QLQ.BR23. RESULTS:The higher the educational level,the better the economic condition,or in marriage,then the better the postoperative life quality is;at the same time,the older,the more advanced pathological stage,or the greater operation trauma,the worse the postoperative life qual-ity is.CONCLUSION:The life quality of patients after breast cancer was affected by age,education level,economic conditions, marital status,pathological stage and operation trauma along with other factors,with those patients we should strengthen the clinical and psychological nursing,to prevent complications and improve the postoperative survival quality.
