新的产色培养基 Chrom ID ESBL在检测产超广谱β-内酰胺酶肠杆菌科细菌中的可靠性

AIM:To Evaluate the reliability of Chrom ID ESBL medium for detection of extended spectrum β-lactamase in Enter-obactericaeae.METHODS:2 sets of Enterobacteriaceae Bacteria to test the medium,1 th set of collected bacteria samples was from March 201 0 to April 201 3 of our clinical hospital wards and outpa-tient,a total of 982,and 2nd set of 20 collected bacteria samples of our region was isolated,cultured and identified in previous years.RESULTS:Chrom ID ESBL medium can fast and effec-tively screening ESBLs.CONCLUSION:Chrom ID ESBL medi-um is a fast and reliable filtering of ESBLs.%目的：评价Chrom ID ESBL产色培养基检测产超广谱β-内酰胺酶肠杆菌科菌株的可靠性．方法：共使用2组肠杆菌科菌株对平板进行评估，第1组细菌是我院2010-04/2013-03各病区和门诊临床分离送检的样本，共982株，第2组细菌是本地区历往年分离培养，且确定产酶特性的肠杆菌科细菌20株．结果：Chrom ID ESBL显色平板可快速有效的筛查肠杆菌科细菌是否产ESBLs．结论：Chrom ID ESBL产色培养基是一种快速可靠的对产ESBLs的肠杆菌科菌株进行筛选的产色培养基．
