奥特莱斯在中国发展的困境及出路

     

摘要

从2002年中国第一家燕莎奥特莱斯的开业,经过十年的发展,中国的奥特莱斯正成为最有竞争力的零售业态,但也遇到诸多的困惑与各种复杂的问题。对此,应结合国外奥特莱斯成熟业态的发展经验,立足我国实际,实行中国式创新发展。%Since China's first Outlets opened in Yansha in 2002, it has shown characteristics of its own in China after a decade of development, and becomes the most competitive retail format. However, it has also encountered a lot of confusion and a variety of complex issues. We intend to combine with development experience of the mature format of Outlets from abroad, and implement the development of Chinese innovation based on our actual situation.
