Migrant workers have become a large group in our society , but they are also a vulnerable group, whose right of sports activities is being marginalized. This paper, from the perspective of social integration, explores the "bottleneck" of sports development among migrant workers. The result shows that household registration system is the major reason that hinders those workers from integrating into the urban life, from enjoying the same basic public physical resources as urban residents do and from having the right to take part in sports activities. Besides, other reasons such as the disadvantageous policies, city residents’ discrimination , enterprises’ indifference, their own low culture and skills , etc. are also the major contributions to impeding their integration into the city life. In response to these issues, some countermeasures are put forward to address the problem that migrant workers lack the right to participate in sports activities.%农民工已成为我国社会中的一个庞大群体，但也是一个弱势群体，其体育的发展被边缘化。从社会融入视角来探讨农民工体育发展的“瓶颈”。研究认为：户籍制度的存在使农民工难以融入到城市中，不能享受和城市居民同等的公共体育资源，是造成农民工体育权利缺失的主要原因；同时城市政策制定的偏差、城市居民的歧视、企业的漠视、农民工自身的低文化素养和职业技能欠缺也严重阻碍了其融入城市的进程。针对上述问题，提出了有针对性的方案来解决农民工的体育权利缺失。
