Objective To evaluation the application of Super-Bond C&B (SB) in treatment of experimental vertical root fractures (VRFs). Methods Sixty extracted single-root teeth were prepared for the vertical fractured model, Super-Bond GSB was used for fracture bonding. The teeth were randomly assigned to intraoral conglutination with ultrasonic scaling ( ICUS group), external conglutination (EC group) or intraoral conglutination (IC group) with 20 teeth in each group. The seating effect was evaluated by color soaking stain method and compared among three groups. Results There was significant difference in seepage distance of fuchsine between IC and ICUS group and between IC and EC (P < 0.05), but no difference between ICUS and EC groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Intraoral conglutination using Super-Bond C&B with ultrasonic scaling can achieve preferable sealing effect in vertical root fractures of teeth, which provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment of VRFs.%目的 评价应用Super-Bond C&B粘结剂治疗牙根纵折后的封闭效果.方法 收集门诊患者为正畸减数拔除的健康单根牙齿,在刮净牙根面的牙石和牙周膜组织并清洁干净后,进行根管预备、牙根垂直破折等一系列前期准备.共预备样本60颗,随机分成3组,即根管内粘结形成组(手术放大镜下使用超声洁治器清洁并且扩大破折线)、口外直接粘结组以及根管内粘结非形成组(不使用超声洁治器清洁破折线),每组20颗,使用Super-BondC&B进行粘结.通过色素渗透染色法对粘结后的封闭效果进行对比.结果 根管内粘结非形成组无论与根管内粘结形成组,还是与口外直接粘结组织之间都显示了较明显的差异(P<0 05);在根管内粘结形成组与口外直接粘结组之间没有发现有意义的统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 口内粘结形成的方法能取得比较满意的封闭效果,为今后的临床治疗工作提供了有益的实验依据.
